Her other career is as a Youth Director for Youth, College, and Young Adult ministries where she enjoys helping young people foster their relationships with God and each other. She was also the temporary Mission Pastor for their church, which helped fuel her passion for mission work. Sarah received her Masters of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary, and is currently finishing the process to become ordained in the PC(USA) denomination.
Sarah and her Husband Andrew recently had their first daughter : Sunday – a name they fell in love with during their first visit to Liberia. Andrew Hostetter- Board Member
Andrew has served alongside Sarah as a board member for the last 5 years. He recently became an ordained pastor, and is serving at a church in Perry County PA as their solo pastor. He also worked alongside Sarah for over a decade as they ministered to young people in their last church. He has been to Liberia several times doing work for GPC, and is incredibly moved by seeing how God is using this organization to transform the lives of children, families and communities in Liberia. He is also very excited to get to see his wife use more of her gifts as she leads this organization, and is also excited to get to introduce his daughter to the beauty of the country and people of Liberia.
